The provider

grm.sh is a managed professional service providing continuous product delivery and production engineering. It is operated by Sergei Vorniches, Founder and Product Engineer. Delivery is performed by an agent harness under human supervision; every result is reviewed independently before it is delivered to staging, and released to production only after acceptance by the client.

The service is provided to one agreed product per plan, under a fixed monthly agreement. It is not a staffing arrangement, a development agency or a general consultancy.

Scope of engagement

• Delivery of the client's backlog of changes to staging and to production.
• Operation of the agreed production platform, including deployment, monitoring, backups and incident recovery.
• Production stabilization, where the assessment establishes that it is required before the monthly service can commence.
